“While TWRP’s (Tupperware Remix Party’s) newest music video was released this year, their song “Starlight Brigade” has been around since 2018. One incredible decision was made: The music video gets to be fully animated, featuring a memorable cast of characters, à la Gorillaz. It combines some of the best stylistic aspects of 80s and 90s anime, cartoons, and sci-fi, using it to create a refined aesthetic that fits a vision desperate for fulfillment. The music video was directed by India Swift, an Irish animator of Knights of the Light Table.“
